PROGRAM STRUCTURE
  • ⦿ Training Phase (First 3 Months) Comprehensive Sales Training covering product knowledge, customer engagement, negotiation, and closing techniques. Personality Development sessions focused on communication, leadership, confidence building, and professional ethics.
  • ⦿ Product Allotment Products worth Rs. 6,00,000 MRP from Ayushine Company will be allocated to the participant. Upon completion of the initial stock sales, additional products can be purchased at up to 50% discounted rate.
  • ⦿ Earnings & Incentives A fixed monthly salary of Rs. 10,000 will be provided for 36 months. Additional incentives from other associated firms will be available based on sales performance.
